Although the dealership is usually closed on Sundays (unless it’s the last day of the month). I went to get the free car wash that came with the purchase of my vehicle. Matthew explained to me Sundays are closed but STILL ran my car through the car wash and was so great and attentive. (He didn’t have to do this if he didn’t want to). I won’t ever come back for the car wash on a Sunday, but I will always remember his customer service and will remain a loyal customer when I need a new car. Thanks Matthew and everyone at Acura.

Our salesperson, Norm, was knowledgeable, patient, and responsive throughout the leasing process -- a real gentleman. As always, Marianne was a pleasure to deal with -- efficient, thorough, and clear in her explanation of the financial details of the deal. The dealership's general manager, Ross, went above-and-beyond to ensure that our leasing experience went smoothly, “painlessly,” and flawlessly (and it did!). Dealer dragged their feet with us for days on a vehicle located at a different dealership. We'll update our review if they end up locating the vehicle we want. UPDATE - Dealer assisted my wife in locating a hard to find RDX A-Spec. She is pleased with the end result and they gave very competitive pricing. We shopped dealerships from Sarasota down to Miami area. Happy wife - Happy life
