Very smooth process, hard to find though but the gentleman who got my call stayed with me on the phone until I found the place. I was concerned because of the reviews but everyone was professional and kind. The nurse who poked me got it on first try-painless experience. Someone was shadowing and she was kind as well and didn't make me feel uncomfortable. I will be coming back to this location!

Went during the pandemic and wore a mask, no protocols in place for those waiting, siting right next to each other, they were offended by my wearing a mask. Unbelievable
I donated plasma & platelets which takes just about 2hr and the staff was super friends and explained how everything works. I was really warm and comfy under the blankets, I fell asleep!
Very caring and friendly place! Excellent care while donating blood.
I had a very bad experience here. The nurse who was drawing blood couldn't find my vein, but continued to poke around to try and find it. It was very painful and in the end, the blood that had been drawn had to be thrown out because it was \contaminated.\ I ended up with a terrible, painful bruise.
