I called to make a reservation and and a man answered who was very rude with no customer service skills whatsoever. He acted as if he was bothered by taking a phone call and helping a customer trying to make a reservation. He told me he couldn't make me a reservation over the phone it had to be online and then I told him the website said to call if you don't see a time available online. He told me that the website needs to be updated then, through this whole exchange he was very demeaning and rude. Being in shock at the treatment I received on the phone I said I don't wish to make a reservation with you and he hung up on me without a word further. I waited a few moments and called back and a very pleasant lady answered and was more then willing to help me make a reservation for anytime I needed and was very helpful with my questions and very pleasant to speak to! She made my reservation and went through the process seamless! I found out the man I spoke to the first time was the assistant manager named Scott. I don't know how he got his position being in a customer service industry, he should be trained better on what customer service is and the lady who took my reservation should have his job! However I am glad I called back and spoke to someone very pleasant because I almost just thought to myself what a horrible place and I will never go there. I am sure this place is good and I won't hold the assistant manager attitude against the place and I still look forward to celebrating my wife's birthday when we visit.

So wonderful, always. Great service despite the covid precautions. Felt safe in terms of cleanliness. Delicious, of course!
I don't know how anyone said they didn't get enough to eat here, we both left stuffed. Waitress Bailey was super friendly and informative. Food was excellent, especially desert. Great experience for our anniversary.
I made reservations for Valentines Day for myself and three little girls. When I called to make reservations, I spoke with a man who had zero customer service skills. I asked him if there would be a child’s menu on Valentines Day and he said yes. They took a deposit on my credit card. I called again a week before the dinner to confirm reservations were in place and asked again about a child’s menu and asked the price. The gentleman on the phone was the same guy, and said he didn’t have that information, didn’t offer to find out, just didn’t have that information..... While making reservations I ordered the rose petals and candle option. When we arrived, I asked the server about the child’s menu and she said there wasn’t one..... ok 70 a kid.... about 5 minutes later someone came by, didn’t say a word to us and hurriedly threw a couple of rose petals on the table and three flimsy tea light candles. When our server came back I asked if we could get more apples than celery on the first course as I was trying to adjust to there being no kids menu. Her response was, and I quote; “Naaaaaahhh....” lol that was it! Her service was so awkward and for the price I paid for dinner 317 dollars for one adult and three kids, her unwillingness to even TRY to accommodate the kids was shocking. Her explanation of how to cook everything was so rushed and I honestly felt like she didn’t want to deal with our table. I still tipped her 20% because I’m not a jerk. The kids had fun picking pieces of dried food off their “clean” plates.. The food was ok.... nothing amazing. Although the vegetarian option was impressive. Food was definitely not worth 70 a person, and certainly not worth the handful of bites two of the kids took. If you are looking for a unique experience in a Denny’s like setting with tacky booths that is overpriced for you and another adult, this is your place. Don’t bring kids. Make sure you have the price up front of you do.
The food was absolutely amazing as it has always been but me and my significant other had a deplorable experience on our anniversary. Now none of this was on the server because she was honestly the only reason we stayed as long as we did. I understand, with covid, seating everyone outside but then atleast do something about the swarms of bugs. I personally turned killing the nats into a game and was at 13 by the time the bee's came. Come to find a nest right above us (as pictured). Only got to eat half of my main course because I was to busy defending it to even cook it and eat it. Didn't even get to dessert and had them cancel it. I paid our tab and left immediately. Will not be back and will be telling our friends to avoid going here until something is changed.
