Five Stars-- but they deserve Six! I called around to multiple mulch companies in the area, and picked this one based on the amazing customer service they gave me over the phone. I spoke with Doug and he was kind, polite, and answered all of my questions. He didn't speak to me condescendingly because I'm a woman (who, admittedly, knows little to nothing about mulch/gardening). Their prices were competitive and right in line with the other companies I called. During their busiest time of the year, they were able to give me next day delivery. Other local companies quoted me two weekends out. The mulch just arrived, and it's a beautiful color! I love a dark, chocolate brown, and this is it! The delivery man was polite and kind, and even maneuvered the dump truck so that he didn't hurt my tree that hangs over the driveway. Very impressed! I would highly recommend this company. Price and timeliness are reasons alone!!! --- but if you enjoy supporting local businesses with great customer service, then this is your company. I'll be calling them again in the fall for firewood.
Valuable and convenient way to stock up in firewood. Not going anywhere else anymore.
