This is a beautiful park set along a river. bike and walking paths the go for miles. We go for the discgolf course. a nice 18 holes that is just fun to throw. the parking lot is small so you may end up on the street.

Really fun single track with a lot of switchbacks. Not too technical and very little ascent/descent. I can't wait to get out here in the summer and really rip on these trails. Tonight was very icy.
Knoch Knolls is a great place to go for a run, bike or walk. A one mile paved trail with gentle hills connects the nature center with the sports complex. Another paved trail takes you to 95th. Some dirt trails wind around the park, including wide trails and some pretty technical single track. You'll see deer at times. Very picturesque in the fall. Sometimes busy but never crowded. Parking lot can fill up on nice days / weekends.
Fun park , good for working on your short game . Most are par 3 holes and seem to play quick. nicely laid out and well marked and grounds are kept up with good.
Great beginner course for disc golf, or an awesome practice range. The holes along the river are particularly enjoyable for their naturescape
