Wait call times are.horendous!! My Aunt gave up after 4hrs of being bounced around on the phone for an appointment and finally drove 45 minutes just to get one. Given the impact of the increased call volume due to the pandemic this company needs to either hire more receptionists or outsource their customer service.

There are so many offices inside for different specialty, and these review system doesn't reflect the actual experience for an individual office. So far their lab, pediatrician and Family Medicine offices are nice and friendly staff. I met Dr. Siya and Patricia Murphy, and both are super nice. Got blood drawn by Raul in lab which took him less than a minute to puncture me and draw 3 tubes of blood. The only drawback that they switched to central scheduling system and you can't reach offices until you ask scheduling team to send a message to the office and then the office will call back when staff are free.
This is a great DMG location! All of the staff have always been friendly and helpful with scheduling and insurance questions. Dr. Boettcher is one of the best pediatricians I've taken my daughter to, he takes the time to listen and explains things very well.
