My check engine light turned on so I came into this store to have a scan re-done as I was questioning the results that I got at a sketchy Tacoma AutoParts store and also to find out if they had parts that were needed for replacement. Tyler was very helpful in finding specialty parts for replacement and even came outside and did the code scan, looked under the hood and checked the engine type I had (I didn't know if it was turbo or not) and also erased the codes per my request in the car system, as well as recommended good car repair shop. This was the most outstanding customer services experience I had at a automotive store! And I visited 3 in Tacoma/Lakewood area in the last 2 days. As a woman it feels awkward to walk into an atomotive store, but not this time! Definitely shopping there again! Tyler thank you very much for for all the help!
