Absolutely amazing experience! I found the exact wrangler I wanted here and worked with Oliver who was amazing! I had to drive three hours to the lot so he arranged for the car to not be sold before I saw it. Then once I purchased he gave great guidance on next steps and helped the process go easily even when I was out of state. And lastly my insurance made a mistake and paid my state tax even though I already had with the dealership. They were very accommodating and sent me my check the next day!

No too happy... granted my wife and I did buy a 2020... I guess I should have bought A 2021. Did everything remotely before picking up due to COVID. I paid 24,000 for a car with 34,000 miles. I love the car, I paid the asking price, but when I went to pick up the car... one of the tires was clearly on it way out and the other 3 were in good shape. I said something to the salesman... his reply was the mechanic said it passed what inspection... I have a 24,000 car that I did not argue price, I also bought the extended warranty and you will not replace a 150.00 tire? ...that is ridiculous. To boot it had less than a half of a tank of gas... never have I ever bought a car without a full tank of gas. Happy with the car, but very disappointed in some of the aspects of the sale.
Experience and service was amazing Oliver was so kind and easy to work with he actually listened to us and what we did and did not want. He is respectful and very professional I highly recommend him and will tell others about our wonderful experience. In these uncertain times its nice to work with people that care.
I bought my first pick up truck from Oliver! A 2018 Chevy Colorado! If you are ever in the market to buy or lease a car, I highly recommend that you go see Oliver. I really felt like I was being taken care of from the moment I inquired about the car all the way to actually driving it out the dealership lot. Oliver was able to get me a ridculously low APR that exceeded my expectations, and really just made the whole buying a car experience fun and easy. Oliver is not one of those car salesmen who pressure you into buying/leasing a car. He's one of those salesmen who takes pride in what he sells, and can put himself into your shoes to get you the best deal possible. Overall the whole experience was great and I am more than happy with my Colorado! My mothers lease with another dealership is ending in July 2021, and we are definitely looking forward to coming back to Rockland Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to see Oliver!
I got Jeep Grand Cherokee Loredo X 2021. It was a pleasure visiting Rockland Chrysler Dodge Ram center. Since it was my first loan, I came there with little hope of any chances to get a good deal. But Oliver changed my thoughts and my opinion about it. He did a great job from the beginning to the end. His dedication to the case was so impressive. Firstly, he researched our case in detail. Secondly, Oliver offered all possible and varied options. Thirdly, after estimating everything, he informed me about a plan for how they going to get the best deal for me. Finally, after negotiations with a couple of banks, they offered me the best deal I even hadn’t expected. Despite the fact that my credit history was ruined by another dealership who offered me 16-18% (applying to 20 banks at the same time) and worried about only selling the car with the high interest of their own bank, Rockland Chrysler Dodge Ram center gave a deal with 4.79% for the first car loan, what was significantly less than 16-18%. I think this is proof of how their staff works. I would like to thanks all staff of Rockland Chrysler Dodge Ram center for hardworking, especially Oliver and James (who also were a big part of our success). HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU GUYS THIS DEALERSHIP!!!
