NWF Fuels came out today for a delivery. They were booked to come by the end of the week but when I realised my tank was very low I called them and they arranged to deliver the next day. Very polite delivery driver too.

We have used NWF for years and my suspicions were realised we were being robbed. I phoned this week and price per litre of standard oil was 47 P per liter, I then contacted a website beetlejuice oils 26p per litre. They delivered 3 days after ordering. Make your own Assumption s Won't ever touch them again. Will be advising others to steer clear.

After our order was delayed 3 days in a row and having had this with our previous orders we are now thoroughly fed up with the gross level of incompetence shown by NWF Fuels. I do not normally post reviews of a negative nature but I’m afraid our repeated experience of their poor performance and frank unwillingness to recompense or prioritise customers who have received poor service is obscene. I advise anyone buying heating oil to avoid this company like the plague.
