Expensive, very small portions (everything looks bigger on the pictures), careless staff. Takoyaki is the only thing worth for the money.

Waited forever, food was good but not worth the wait
Service is realy poor, but if you will read the reviews in advance, you will not be surprised. The food is something average. Just ask about what you want to order - be proactive and manage the order. Udon and Okonomiyaki arrived within 5 mintes after we ordered the clerk/waiter (who was just waiting at the desk) to order the meal :)
I’ve been to Japan for several weeks and this is the ONLY place where I’ve experienced poor customer service. There was a weird atmosphere in the whole place, like the staff harbored half-hearted contempt for everything in sight. The takoyaki was pretty good, though. Hence, an extra star.
The waiters were really cold and unpleasant. The food wasn't too cheap but still affordable but the portions were kinda small and in the end the taste was so so. I wouldn't recommend it.
