Nando's Stoke - Etruria Mills

This is, without a doubt, the worst meal I’ve ever had, and easily the worst Nando’s. 1. The delivery bag wasn’t sealed; just labels stuck randomly on the outside of the bag. 2. Chips were undercooked, soggy and cold. 3. The chicken tasted like it had gone off, as well as it being dry, hard and rubbery, with little crispy skin. 4. Was frustrating to finally get a refund, as Nando’s claimed it’s not their protocol to seal the bag, when it clearly says on the bag itself ‘secure the bag’. 5. Everything was cold, disgusting, rancid, and now we both feel sick, and in much need of a peppermint tea. 6. This meal was so bad, it’s put me off Nando’s for life. I’d rather go hungry. It appears the staff in this restaurant must be either very lazy or totally incompetent!

Very nice made exactly how I asked it for, nice staff. It was really well thought of there was a virtual queue outside and then you scan another qr code to order, it was very pleasant.

Great chips crunchy but also soft . Well seasoned chicken. Can't fault it better than most nandos branched

Service was good, all the staff were paying attention to refill drinks as you were not allowed to do it yourself during the pandemic. Only downside was one of the waitresses didnt know how to change one of the fizzy drinks machine pumps and so a lot of hot food was sat waiting under hot lights on the counter as a lot of customers had still not received their drinks before their food was ready.

Friendly staff. Quick service even at peak times. Corn not like charcoal as per other Nandos restaurants, and actually cooked with sauce as requested. Starter arrived in a quick fashion.
