Shame on the tall young guy with glasses on, thats meeting the people at the entrance of the shop. I've been taken out of the place in the rain with all my 4 kids just because I didn't have a face cover with me. I had to go all the way back to the car with all my family for the face cover and come back. Until now , that's all good. I understand. BUT , while I was seating there and eating , I've noticed that so many people came in the shop without a mask , and they was left by this tall guy with glasses on inside the shop to eat in . I understand that rules are rules , and I don't want to complain that. But this tall man with glasses on should do his job properly, or if he is tolerant with people he should be like that with all of them. Better move him in the back kitchen to wash the plates.
I love Nando's in general, but this Covid experience was a little different. The restaurant felt empty and was quite colder than I expected. I have noticed that's the case with pretty much all restaurants at the moment, suppose the managers save from heating. The service was good, and the food was tasty as usual.
Ordered a collection via the website and was ready within 10 minutes (although it was a very quiet Sunday evening). Great service.
Nice nandos. Good layout. Big mature plants add nice touch. Following the covid measures brilliantly. Nice staff . Clean and professional
