Nicely done food, well marinated chicken, sides were superb. I'll always recommend the creamy mash from Nandos. Order also was placed at 6:45pm (ish) and ready for pick up at about 6:56pm. I was allowed to wait just inside the doors (warm restaurant) because I arrived just as I was placing the order through the app (late placing my order, my fault!) And it was freezing.

We had to wait almost 30 minutes for our food and our mains arrived before our starters! My friend's chicken was a little hard and dry clearly indicating it had been sitting waiting on the side to be served. I've noticed when this Nandos is busy upstairs they cannot handle the number of customers, even when downstairs is empty... Please sort it out Nando's!
Lovely dinner tonight. Order collected at 7:00 on 17th November, lady on counter was very nice and food was good.
No social distancing measures. Nobody working there wears a mask. No covid protocol whatsoever and on top of that they messed my order (take away). i order medium spicy thighs and two sides and i received half chicken spicy and 2 different sides. Awful.
As usual excellent food. Beware when you pick spicy hot chicken it will be really really spicy hot
