Normally the service is very good here and ive never really complained until yesterday when i was greeted by a tallish short blonde hair girl at the door, i believe her name was becca? With everything going on its understandable with the restrictions but being greeted with just plain rude attitude when asking simple questions i wouldnt of known just isnt needed.
Food quality is really good. Classic Nando's. However, this time I couldn't go out so I called nice Deliveroo guys to come pick the food up for me. Nando's prepared it super-fast. Deliveroo delivered it super-fast. Yay! So, why the two stars? There is no cutlery included! Yes, I get it, plastic - bad. Still, if you deliver food to someone it stands to reason you'll provide them with a mean to consume said food. They probably don't deserve a 2* rating but I'm currently very angry with them and that's what they'll get.
