It was ok I’ve had better Nando’s. When Nando’s is good it’s really good. Nando’s is the type of food best eaten at the restaurant unfortunately we can’t do this because of Covid. My past experiences have been amazing although this time the chips were soggy I don’t think the oil was clean and the chicken not cooked to my liking. Coleslaw was good though and the new Xxx hot wings were good but not excellent. Hope this helps

I met a friend for a late lunch / early dinner and decided to visit the local Nando's. I was early and didn't want to sit down so waited in the foyer / entrance. Eventually my friend arrived and we ordered our food. I got the chicken livers with Prego roll (ie bread roll) and also the 4 boneless thighs with two sides of Peri-Peri chips and the new long stem broccoli. My friend ordered the butterfly chicken and requested it came well done. The staff were really attentive and knowledgeable about certain dishes. One of them was doing a nutrition degree and even provided the health benefits of broccoli. Plus a very compelling pitch to the benefits of the cloudy lemonade (I was sold, bought two glasses)! The food came through at the same time, after a conversation with the staff who mentioned that my chicken livers would take longer to cook. My only criticism is that the Prego roll was missing a sachet of butter, and both chicken dishes were cooked \well done\. I mentioned this to one of the waitresses who provided an alternative without question. To conclude, this is a good Nando's with friendly staff who are on hand to provide the best customer service you'd expect from the chain. Would definitely go again.
I always want to give them 5 starts but they ALWAYS mess my order up. I mean seriously? Everytime !! If I spot it in store, they will amend but take an eternity to sort. If I spot it when I get home it will still take an eternity to sort. They need to fix up on their Quality Assurance game.
Top quality chicken and chips with coleslaw, coconut and lime was food for the gods. Order and collected best food and service we've had for ages.
Great place to eat. Not overly busy for a Saturday afternoon. Food was well cooked and the staff were friendly and helpful. All you can drink Coke was a bit as was the medium hit chicken wings. Will go back. Highly recommended.
