Really lovely staff. Our order had been sent without its items and they organised within 10 minutes to get a new rider and delivery to us. Great customer service! Thank you x

Excellent customer service.bThe new Vegan burger was a treat. Would be great to have a vegan desert on the menu... Yes I know its Nandos but I am very impressed by the vegan burger.

What I will always like about Nando's is the value for money. Good portions of tasty food with on an affordable cost. Wine list is good too and the service always friendly even when it gets busy. Can't wait to go back.

High quality food with friendly service, love the tender grill 1/2 chicken. Price also is value the money, in fact is less to what they offer. Well done Hammersmith Nandos team

A huge disappointment! Sorry but I'll never go there again... we was waiting more then an hour in the queue with 2 kids and still haven't got a table until I was going to ask like 3 times what is going on ... we order in the end and we've got the food very late and incomplete and after we've been ignored! So we paid almost 10 extra for nothing because we haven't got it at all ! I'm very angry and for sure I'll never recommend this particular restaurant from Hammersmith
