Food tasted so much better in the restaurant as opposed to delivery... Quite interesting. Short wait. Great service. Social distancing in effect. Wish the extra hot sauce/ chicken was actually spicy. The levels of hot (pepper) always disappoints... But I do love their desserts!

A new branch in prime location. I see the entire team dis-oriented. I suspect Nandos just trained the entire team and left on the floor. They should bring a mix of Nandos experienced staff with then until stabilised. On a Thursday evening the queues to order were not moving fast. The starters arrived twice. Communication within team is missing. The chicken arrived like warm which has never happened in many other branch visits. No staff appeared to be concerned and check how the meal was our do we need anything else on top. Location, cleanliness, seating, navigation around, interior decor, menu options, children's meal options are good. I will be back again to see if things have improved.
Corney demonstrated excellent leadership. I have been to Nandos many times but tonight's treatment was on par with a Michelin star restaurant. Our waitress, Kay-la was awesome but her colleagues were very helpful too. I would always recommend Nandos!
Just a bit slow on serving food I find than some other busy and not so busy Nando's I've been to... But nevertheless the food is excellent... May be they're using 'make customer wait technique' like some other big restaurant names... So the customer can enjoy the food. So I recommend order ASAP after you're seated...
