The Best Customer service I ever Got From Nando's In UK yeah it was your particular branch ! The waiter who served us , God That boy needs increase of salary ! I didn't have enough cash In my pocket that Boy deserved atleast 30 tip . I don't usually eat in restaurants because of bad service i got although the years so i prefer eating at home and cook food myself but this restaurant and this service you made me feel there is some hope left in this world. Keep it going this way and don't look down, customers will always complain but remember if they do then there is something to improve. Anyway I have no second thoughts your restaurant got my honest 5 stars, you are amazing guys God bless you !

From entry to the restaurant the staff were really nice and extremely polite. They explained the whole Covid process thing very well. Food came out in no time at all which was ideal for me as I needed a quick bite. Will come again if I’m back in the area. I highly recommended this place.
Three times now they have messed up my order. The second time on NYE I was sent cheesecake in a carrot cake marked box (I ordered carrot cake) and asked for a refund or replacement which neither was done when being assured it would be taken care of by the person on the phone. This is now the second time I've received cheesecake in a carrot cake marked box. Their staff needs to take better care, esp since I cant eat cheesecake. Once there was cheese in the wrap I never ordered with cheese. Take better care when preparing customers orders. Im a frequent customer but will have to rethink as my money is going to waste because of your staff mistakes and no one seems to care about compensating for those mistakes.
Good and tasty food as usual. Staff at this branch need to me more customer focus and a bit more enthusiasm might help. Atmosphere for this branch is good. Not too crowded at lunch times as well. Food delivery could be a bit quicker.
