Chips tasted good but website was very misleading, it shows complete meals on a plate eg chicken, mash and peas. Choose the option but you actually only receive the chicken! Why show all these different meal options on the pictures to click if you don't actually get what's being shown! I would not have bought 1 small single piece of chicken for that amount of money! Sort the website please. In addition I ordered leg portion with what I thought was a meal but I got breast portion which I do not eat.

It's Nando's. Chicken is 10/10 And they have an infinite frozen yoghurt what else can you say. Kind staff and reasonable prices would go again and again And again.

Did the click and collect whilst during lockdown. Absolutely shocking! No effort put in at all.. the chicken wasn’t seasoned in the slightest.. chips were barely cooked and we ordered peri salted chips and didn’t get the peri salt at all. Garlic bread was chewy as was the pitta.. honestly the only decent thing to come out of this order was the houmous.. that they didn’t even make themselves. Disappointed is an understatement. It’s annoying as we love Nando’s and normally in store the food is spot on! But as we’ve had to drive a 40 minute trip to collect the food and it’s a massive pile of garbage is annoying.

Just had to wait 45 minutes for an order. We booked a slot for 6.50, I checked in at 6.45 and I received the food at 7.35. Bearing in mind that there are limited slots each night and I booked a few hours in advance is ridiculous. and the biggest kick in the teeth is that the waiter did not bother to let me know there would be a wait for my food (in which case I would of waited in my car instead of the cold) and when It was finally my time to collect the food they said they had chucked in a free bottle of perinaise. When I finally did get back with my order there was no free bottle of sauce AND we had food missing. Second time this has happened.
