The manager Ed was so rude. I hope it was a one off but it’s worth noting that everyone is going through something and it really costs nothing to be kind. All other staff are actually usually really pleasant. An hour to cook chicken though, I think is too much. Please do better.

Super happy the humus is back on the menu !
So I was allowed to place an order at the reception using social distancing. A lady took my order via card payment. I wasn't given a receipt sadly or offered one. I requested broccoli as a side but was given spiced fries. I also asked for medium spiced half chicken and it was lemon and herb. Overall I came home and couldn't find be bothered to go back in my car to get the order corrected? Never had this issue before but maybe nandos will see this and get back to me.
We ordered a take away through Delivery. It was minus a spicy rice (daughter's fave) I called the estaurant and a very helpful young man organised free sides and brownies as an apology. Thank you!
