Fabulous food as usual. The only downside is trying to get staff attention when you need a drink refill. Maybe it would be a good idea if one member of staff could just do drinks in busy periods.

Love the new table service, you have to join a virtual queue to get in. Food is better than ever.

Very nice and tidy place the staff were very helpful and super friendly the only downside is that it can get really busy at peak times and there can be an hour waiting time. But the food is really nice and the restaurant area is tidy.

The experience as a whole was good, the food was delicious. However, being in the hospitality industry myself I noticed a few 'red flags'. Every restaurant at the moment should be doing their absolute best to keep everything clean to minimise the risk of spreading Covid-19. I noticed the staff members clearing dirty dishes from tables and then going straight to get customers drinks without washing their hands first, this means they are transferring germs from table to table probably without even realising it. But the one thing I really could not get my head around is how they all carry the glasses to the customer. Every staff member I saw placed their hand right around the top of the glass that the customer is about to drink from when placing it down on the table, which spreads whatever germs are on their hands directly to the customers mouth. I even witnessed the manager doing this. It's a simple fix, so sort it out. Wash your hands more often and pick glasses up correctly (from the bottom).

The food is wonderful and comes out quite quickly. The staff are professional and the whole experience was delightful. Highly recommend the sunset burger.
