Brilliant food, brilliant service. The team are handling the covid issue superbly. Loved the new imitation pitta guys, much love from a vegetarian!

Apart from a mix up with our virtual app queue, and the longer wait, it worked out quite well once we were seated. Covid-secure and professional service by all staff and best of all, the food was as expected! Its been months since we sat in a Nando's and boy did we miss it. It may just be me, but our bill seamed higher than what we normally pay for the same order. Still, it was worth it. Thanks Nando's Chelmsford!

Delicious chicken! Not such a fancy place maybe, but their food feels quite nice and you can tell ingredients are fresh. It is not too expensive either, I love their wraps or just a big plate of chicken wings You can also choose how spicy you want your food according to your taste; all the ones I've tried so far are quite tasty to be fair!

We chose Nando’s for lunch today and we’re greeted with a QR code sign to join and wait to be seated. We photographed ready to log in but the internet was a bit slow. The people behind us also did the same. The waitress came as she could see us waiting and we told her the Internet was slow. She then looked at the people behind us and said are you Beth for a table of 3 and preceded to seat them!!! Absolutely disgusting the lack of customer service, just the comment that some networks are slower than others. We turned to walk away as she came back and said I can seat you over ...... too late lady! And too late Nando’s! We will never eat in a Nando’s again. I also find it astonishing that the party behind us were happy to push in front, something we would never have done. What has happened to decent behaviour?!!

First time in UK, I tried the sharing meal. It was awesome and satisfying. Enjoyed with friends. Its reasonable and quality of chicken is always consistent. Highly Recommended. Yummy for the Tummy
