Just been to click and collect and firstly have to say. Very polite staff and friendly too. I know first hand people are quick to complain if anyone does anything wrong but tonight you guys did an amazing job. I believe i spoke to a girl, not to sure which one, over the phone to answer a question i had and got the answer straight away and the lad that served my food to me, kyle, at 7.20pm fair play to him. Same again dunno what his name was but brown short hair and the blonde girl on the front. Both amazing job. The chefs to that cooked my food, amazing work people. Have a good one people but thought i would drop a good review about your employees. Thank you.

Not sure if it was England losing the semi final the night before or some other scientific fact but sadly this was a Nando’s experience to forget. I’ll start by stating that Nando’s in my mind is a solid bet, good food, funky environment, trained staff. I’ve been to hundreds of them up and down the country but this visit just didn’t tick the boxes. We arrived 12.30 and had to seat ourselves as nobody was free to, others followed us in and did the same. I’m not exactly old at 39 but even I was surprised at the mini rave that was happening, that so we ended up repeating ourselves time and time again whilst trying to talk to each other. No table check backs were made so we politely ate the dry chicken and luke warm food (I’ve never needed sauce before but had to use one of the free peri sauces to help digest). The table next to us had one meal delivered wrongly which I watched return to the pass and then delivered to another customer while they went back through the tickets to find the order for the now missing meal. We sat for 15 minutes finishing off our conversation and finally left. The table not cleared and no staff interaction. All in all it just wasn’t a Nando’s experience, I always try to find positives in my reviews so I will mention that the staff we did manage to speak to (ordering and delivering the food) were nice and polite. I will also say that I like the venue decor. But it comes back to a Nando’s experience, which was sadly lacking. Just like England this experience certainly fell short at the crucial points.

Picked up a takeaway for two. It was really tasty and the process to order was good. Had to wait a little but they were busy, which is good. Face masks must be worn and you wait at a numbered table when you wait for your order. Simple condiments are added for free if you want them. I will be using them again, nice staff and decent service.

It is very nice restaurant and food are delicious. I am not sure if this restaurant will be open after the lockdown or may have takeaway.

A lively place. Friendly staff and plenty of meal choice. Even had a lactose free ice cream. We had a chicken platter and chips and garlic bread. Good atmosphere.
