Rarely do I review restaurants, but I must. COVID measures they have in place are okay, but some lack logic or any common sense! For example, our waiter came over with our drinks that he personally placed on a plastic tray, then proceeded to ask us to remove them. So? I don’t understand the reasoning behind this? You can pick them up at one end of the restaurant, but can’t place them on our table? Same happened with condiments. When our food finally arrived after sitting around for almost 5 minutes, we found it blander than usual. We ordered hot sauce on everything, but was as spicy as the normal you’d order. My sense of taste was in question, but I could smell it! So, no COVID here!!! Our overall experience at Nando’s in general is rather positive, it’s just a shame a poor experience has left a bitter taste. Maybe, we’ll just avoid this one. If you’re reading this, then I wish you a merry Christmas and a happy new year! 2020 was a bad year for us all!

Haven't been in since pre first lockdown. Was a nice visit back. Food ordered from the table and brought over same with drinks and cutlery. Food was delivered before cutlery and took a couple of minutes to get but other than that a pleasant experience nonetheless.
Quick and tasty food not to bad on the price.
Extremely friendly staff, especially Mark who seated us was very kind and helpful (thank you so much mate) food was very tasty would definitely recommend
The BEST Nandos I have been in for sure, all the staff are amazing and all so happy, it clearly stems from the management down, came in for my wife's birthday this evening and was served by Sommer, thank you so so much for such a great experience. Truly never expected it
