Kingdom of the chicken? Kingdom of the disorganisation! I will never come back in in this Nando's not even if the will offer me a free dinner. I made my order online, I got there 10 minutes earlier and got out 45 minutes later. I found out after 40mins of queuing that the two people served before me had a higher number than mine (74 and 86) I was 58 and the following person 96. No one from the staff apologise for the inconvenience and I was delighted to see that the waitress couldn't find my order. Please do not use easy excuse as \it is due to COVID\. I am a nurse and this issue is not related to Covid but to a simple thing call organization. If there was someone at the door checking the order number this situations could be avoided... And cherry on thr cake, no-one checked that my order or anyway the client before and after me had a receipt for the order. This means that potentially anyone can get there and say a number and potentially get out with something... Dear Nando's in Bicester you will never see me again. If I want some Nando's food I will gladly drive to Oxford instead of coming to you.

It was soooo good to finally be able to go and eat in a restaurant and not order for takeout. The place was safe, food was AMAZING and we had a good time

Today I ordered and two things were missing. The manager or someone was in a rush and pushed me out even though I was the only person. damn olives and halloumi fries. Depending on the manager people lose the ability to read.

I've eaten here a few times and always found the food and service to be excellent, this was my first time getting takeout and have to say that they are managing the Covid restrictions very well, service is still excellent and although the food isn't quite as hot due to the drive home, it's still the same quality and full menu on offer. Would recommend.

Nice atmosphere to spend time with family and friends. Very professional and friendly staff who are always happy to help. Highly recommended. 8pm onward can be very busy though.
