Friendly and helpful staff, very busy night but we are not ignored. Staffs are caring about your experience. The wings are in the oven so we need to wait for another 17 mins, therefore they give us free starter as compensation. Love the environment and FOOD definitely. My mom and I enjoy all the things.
Social distancing was in place, staff were lovely and friendly and always someone asking you if you need anything or want a refill on your drink.
Staff looked after us so well. Really friendly and when we asked for an extra portion they made sure it came quickly so we could have it with our meal. We love Nandos anyway but the service was really good here. Would recommend!
If I could give you more than 5 stars, I would've. the customer service tonight was astonishing ; this is my 2nd visit and I'm still amazed by the staff members (super friendly and fast service ) the only downside was that we had to wait more than 15 mins but that's understandable due to preventing having the place crowded. Cheers to everyone who as in today and keep up the great work!
