Company that defies the laws of physics and human decency. Rented a car with less than 24 hours' notice, but had trouble driving it and immediately gave it back. Refund is \impossible.\ Customer service is savage; was literally stalled at a busy intersection, backing up traffic for blocks, terrified and unable to move the car; lady on the phone cooly told me that helping me was \impossible\ since the car was technically working. Thank God I was able to hail down a rando to drive it back for me. Thanks Sixt.
I reserved a car 3 months in advance for Nancy train station. I was never notified that my pick-up date was a holiday in France. When I arrived at the Sixt office they were closed and there was no way to make a reservation that day. I received an email the week prior from the Nancy Sixt manager asking for my credit card but they did NOT state that the office would be closed that day. I'm very disappointed by the poor communication from the Nancy Sixt office.
L'agence Sixt à Nancy est très facile d'accès, à 2 pas de la gare. Les équipes sont très agréables et professionnelles et à chaque location de véhicule, tout s'est toujours bien déroulé, de l'accueil à la restitution du véhicule. Les véhicules sont toujours récents, avec un faible kilométrage, bien entretenus et propres.

Accueil très sympathique et c'est pratique de rendre la voiture en dehors des heures ouvertures. J'ai eu une C3 pendant une semaine. Attention seulement au nettoyage car j'ai trouvé un paquet de cigarette dans la portière. A voir si c'est nettoyé pendant le covid . Sinon très bien
Un accueil super sympa et très pro. J'ai la chance et le plaisir d'avoir été surclassé en Audi Q2, plutôt agréable pour mes longs déplacements. Au plaisir d'une prochaine location.
