It is too expensive. The rooms are very small. They give you a couch to sleep on. During the winter it’s really cold, as the radiators don’t work properly. They charge every single service, even to use the washing machine! The worst of all was that at the end they charge you for the bathroom curtains, the couch cover etc. without giving you any notice when you book the room. I used the room only for one month due to the COVID-19 crisis. Before I left the room they charged me almost half of the deposit using cleaning as an excuse! All contracts were in French and they didn’t bother to explain me these charges! The only positive thing is the central location of the apartments.

Very expensive!!! They took more than half of the money we paid for the insurance and they claimed that we didn't mention that we were gonna leave the apartment 1 month before we left ...i the middle of the corona virus crisis...that is unacceptable nobody should pay to stay there in the future...

Prix très cher pour la surface 19m2 et en plus ils prennent la moitié du dépôt de garantie pour le nettoyage à la fin!!! Il fait très froid en hiver et les radiateurs ne marchent pas bien. Uniquement 2 machines pour le linge pour toute la résidence c'est très peu.

Appartements cosy pour une personne seule et bien placé car n'est pas loin d'un arrêt de tram et est dans un quartier assez calme. Les meubles et l'équipement sont bien adaptés pour un étudiant mais le frigo est un peu petit...
