Was in today with my mum for lunch. We had one chicken and one beef sizzler with chips and rice. Food, service and value for money exceptional. Just honest quality food with friendly local hospitality. Always worth a visit.

Every year when we go to the Soma Festival in Castlewellan we make a point of eating at Nana’s Kitchen. Beautiful cafe with absolutely gorgeous food and the most lovely staff. We always have a seat by the window to watch the town go by. This year I had an amazing chicken dish with rice and when I asked for my sauce on the side it wasn’t a problem at all. Definitely recommend this place, it’s been one of my favourites.

Great breakfasts, friendly staff & service with a smile, what more could you ask for? What?! You'd also like value for money and convenience, OK. Done and done! Nan has both. In the heart of Castlewellan so pop in before or after your Mournes hike, your Castlewellan Park walk or your trip to the beach at Newcastle. Don't forget to pop over the road to Blue Beans to get your sounvenirs!
Lovely spot. Great food. Great gluten free toast and egg. Coffee lush. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful.
