Nan Xiang Xiao Long Bao

My first time ordering take out here late last night and they didn’t not disappoint. This is the first restaurant that really packaged the to go orders with care. I had the braised beef noodle soup and there was a separate divider from the broth and noodles. It was also in a container that was branded with the restaurant’s name. I also had the soup dumplings and it was still hot and fresh as if I was eating there at the restaurant. The utensils were also in a sealed packaged with a pair of chopsticks, napkins and spoon. I will definitely be ordering here more often! I don’t really write reviews but I just had to write one for them!

I had the great pleasure of trying some food from Nan Xiang Long Bao this past weekend and I was impressed. Delicious, great quality ingredient, amazing packaging, and fast food prep. Can’t wait to order from here again.

The soup dumpling is really delicious and they have a variety of flavors too! My most favorite is signature pork soup dumpling and the sea cucumber with pork one. Please be sure to follow the instruction to eat the soup dumplings so you can eat it deliciously! Bite a little hole on the top, drink the soup and enjoy! P.S. I love the hot tea there too!

The good: the food was good. I'd recommend the soup dumplings with gourd luffa. The outdoor seating was super cozy. The bad: they told us the wait would be 30 minutes, but after an hour we were told it'd be another 45 minutes. They then told us the 30 minute expectation they original gave us was in case everyone in line ahead of us didn't show up... Which makes zero sense. We're used to waiting for seats, so why be shifty about it? Overall the food was good, but if my experience is the norm, double or triple wait time expectations.
