Absolutely fantastic gym. Great equipment, great atmosphere, exceptionally friendly and well trained PTs and brilliantly run by Chris and Charlotte. Whether you are a seasoned gym goer or a novice I highly recommend Namix.

An excellent gym, very knowledgeable staff. I have struggled with a back injury for some time and they put me at ease, gave me an excellent regime to follow and I'm now loving being able to exercise properly again. I would recommend the gym to anyone x
