At first sight, oof the price nearly killed the mood to eat but the food was better than expected. With the right ambience, u feel like u back in India, food, that good, it just sets the mood. Totally worth going there if u visiting. Friendly owner, fresh food, feels like home cooked food.

Enjoyed eating in at Nakodar today, ordered a few different dishes, the mooli paratha and veg samosa were very good! The curries were great, we ordered gobi aloo, karela, and chole. The karela was a bit sparse but tasted good, the rest were flavourful. The staff were friendly as well. A nice place with tasty simple food.
We went after reading reviews, but so disappointed. Curries were packed cold. The samosa chaat was tasteless. I think there are too many menu items in this tiny place and only an elderly gentleman running it. We could not eat the curries nor chaat. Jalebi were ok. But again, it was all stone cold, nothing seemed fresh.
Great food, but agree with someone else on here, check your receipt and change given back. Often short change people and this has happened more than once and I've been given excuses like they charge extra because they out something in the same plate as another thing! Just be careful with this, people remember experiences sometimes more than they remember the food.
