One of the worst customer service experiences I've had in 10 years of living in Japan. When we visited there were four people in the restaurant, one girl behind the bar, another girl sleeping with her head on the bar, and two customers that appeared to be regulars. The girl working was focused on chatting with the regular customers so the food took forever to come out. We had to ask three times to get our order of cabbage which is a dish that takes less than a minute to make. Eventually, the girl who is working woke up the other one sleeping on the bar. She was the cook! She kept disappearing to the bathroom for minutes at a time and the other one had to bang on the door repeatedly to get her out. She didn't look too happy that she had to work the fryer instead of nursing her hangover. The food was decent but the service was shockingly unprofessional, even for part-time workers.

Nice small bar. Very friendly staff. Bartender was playing cards with the customers. Highly recommend this place. Specifically upstairs.
니시키시장가다가 발견한 술집. 간단하게 생맥이나 하이볼에 튀김꼬치 먹기에 좋아요. 1층에는 튀김꼬치요리, 2층에는 식사하면서 즐기는 Bar 타입입니다.

味はいい。接客が自己最低経験。店員が常連客とくっちゃべることに注力してる。ビールの泡が無くなる頃にやっと料理の注文を聞きにくる。注文してもまた常連客とくっちゃべるから調理しない。笑 料理が来るころには飲みほしてしまう。笑 仕事してるのか遊びに来てるのか意味不明。
