One of my favourite meals I've had in Japan so far. Ordered the vegetable deluxe vegetarian okonomiyaki, which is made with noodles, egg, spring onion, beansprouts, three or four types of mushroom, a load of nice greens and spices and slathered in delicious sauce. The portion size was on the large side and I definitely left feeling full! As well as being delicious, it was a great experience to watch the chef make the whole thing in front of you. I was happy with the price at 1480, although you do also have to order a drink, with soft drinks at 350 and alcohol at 550. They also have set menus with a side and a drink for 3500. You have to order one main and drink per person - I don't think you're allowed to share. Staff were friendly and spoke some English, and the menu's in English too. Highly recommend for vegetarians and vegans, although there's plenty of meat on the menu too.

One of my favourite meals in Japan! The staff are so friendly. Meal was so tasty, and really fun getting to watch it being cooked. The portions are massive! Highly recommended.

Superb tasting Hiroshima style okonomyaki in Kyoto. 5 stars for taste however have to drop one as you are required to buy a drink with you meal. Friendly service and English menu. Not cheap but large portion size won't leave you hungry.

This spot was suggested by the cool guys from Kapital. We got two different kinds of okinomiyaki and they were delicious. There were different set menus or else you could get a okinomiyaki with a drink.
