Don’t waist your time. If you want Roy’s save your money, buy a ticket, and fly to Hawaii. This doesn’t deserve the Roy’s name. ‘All You Can Eat Pizza’? There’s ten or twelve tables waiting for them to turn out one pizza. I’ve seen glaciers move faster!
Very nice place with disgusting food! Also, the all-you-can-eat pizza style changed recently. They used to put a single personal sized pizza out on a table and the chinese people would take the whole thing. Now you order the pizza you want. Edit: Was about to give five stars based on past visits until my meal came out, looks pathetic...like a dog threw-up on plate! Tastes like it looks too.
The steak submersed in a sea of butter is amazing. Get the steak combo meal for 2, everything was delicious.
This place was a pleasant surprise... Much better than I expected. My wife and I had the steak course for 2, and a side order of pasta to share. We were completely stuffed by the end and total cost with tax was less than 5000 yen! Salad and soup were pretty standard but the pasta was very decent and the steak was fabulously tender and flavourful. Great spot for a casual date night dinner. However, the service was a little on the slow side despite it not being exceptionally busy. I can't imagine how long we'd have to wait for each course on a full night.

Staff is not friendly, food is tasteless, water was never refilled, shrimp was cooked until it was the size of pinkie and had Zero taste. Never ever again. EDIT: the chef came and filled our waters and tried to make an attempt on making the shrimp again, and it was really good. The chef turned the experience from a one to a 3. Need new waitstaff.
Went on a Saturday evening without reservation so giving the benefit of the doubt, that may explain minimal server interaction. After being seated getting served water took approximately 15 minutes and after an additional 25 minutes of waiting to place order walked out. The design of establishment was amazing but hopefully more patrons do not have my experience.
