Don't bother with their milk delivery. 3 missed deliveries in a row, emailed them and assured it would be sorted but never was. Sad but I had to cancel. Supporting local business shouldn't come at the cost of bad service.

We’ve had a lovely experience with Graham’s. A friendly salesman knocked on our door; and 5 days later we’ve been receiving 4 pints a week in beautifully decorated bottles. An easy way to cut down on plastic!

Amazing Customer service I have just recent become a customer of graham's family dairy. There have been a few problems along the way with my deliveries but I just want to give credit to the ladies in the office for their unfailing kindness, patience and help in sorting out these issues and also making sure that I was not left without milk. So I just want to say thank you to these ladies for going the extra mile.

We wanted to reduce our plastic use so signed up for a twice a week door step delivery when one of Graham's salesmen knocked on our door. We were looking forward to recieving our milk the following week so was very disappointed when we opened the door and none had been delivered. I emailed the company and was promised it would be delivered the following week. Needless to say it wasn't. Very disappointed so have cancelled my order as they literally can't deliver. At 87p a pint it is expensive so would have expected them to make an effort to keep my business, especially when I can get 4 pints in Lidl for 1.09.

Signed up to the milk delivery service via a door to door salesperson, I was looking forward to having a milkman again only for Graham's to miss two delivery days and not answer phone or Facebook messenger to find out what is happening. Certainly would not recommend this service if you do not have a backup supply of milk to get you through. Back to the supermarket for us unfortunately.
