The staff at Nags Head Fishing Pier were awesome! They went above and beyond to make sure my kids caught fish and had a great time. The house we rented from them was extremely clean and well taken care of. I highly recommend this place.

Great place to fish and very friendly people. However, a couple downsides...1) I came with several children and had to pay close to 100, and 2) The pier is in desperate need of improvements & modifications. If most peers last one or two decades this one is close to complete reconstruction. There are a couple pilings that are disconnected from the dock structure. Fun day, but probably wouldn’t revisit until the necessary fixes are made and/or reinforced.

Great little fishing spot. don't forget that you do not need a state fishing license if you are fishing off the pier! They have everything you need just show up! Also there is fresh water available for cleaning all the way down the pier.
