Awesome lunch here! We were searching for a place for lunch that was open during off season, and this place was awesome. The views from the top deck are super pretty!

What a great find! My wife and I stopped down at the OBX for the day while on our way from NJ to FLA. We passed by Mulligans and decided to stop in for a late lunch and drinks. We wound up having such a great time that we went back for dinner as well. It had a very lively bar scene and all of the staff, greaters, bartenders and wait staff were gracious, friendly and helpful. They had a nice variety of items on their menu and every item ordered was well prepared and tasty. Their prices were extremely reasonable for the quality and quantity of food and drink. I highly recommend Mulligans and look forward to returning the next time we're in the area .

We loved this spot. I had driven in very late, was tired, hungry, and road worn. The male bartender (James?) on Tuesday, October 6th evening was phenomenal; I can't remember his name due to the long drive. I am disappointed that I can't but he was more than accommodating and polite. Even though it was almost closing time; he took the time to get menus, make suggestions, and even added a take-out bowl of the greatest hush puppies I may have ever tasted. He was engaging and very informative about the menu and what was his favorites sincerely going above and beyond his job. I returned there the next evening with my nephew and we both had the golden fried oyster platter; it was mouthwatering great! We loved everything about this place especially the dining outdoors away from others so closely. The lady that answered the phone the night I arrived in town (Nags Head) directed me straight into the parking lot as I drove; she never got off the phone until I arrived safely. I cannot say enough about this delightful dining experience coupled with the friendliest staff ever! I pray I will be able to return to enjoy the friendliest and tastiest spot ever!

Wow!! Fantastic meal on Christmas Eve. My husband and I had the seafood platter and every item was absolutely perfect! He said it was the best crab cake and best grilled flounder he's ever had! We will drive 3 hours just to eat there again!

This is always a favorite spot to grab lunch when we visit the Outer Banks. I had the fish and chips with beach fries and it was really good. My husband likes the chicken and waffles and my daughter tears up their kids mac and cheese. And you can see why by the photo. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because their sweet tea is always really weak. I'm a true southerner and like my tea stong. I don't want it to taste like sugar water.
