Anything less than 5 stars would be a travesty! Staying locally and went for a walk and just popped in, and found proper pub atmosphere with top quality restaurant food at a fair price. Really friendly helpful staff, immaculately clean toilets, good choice of beers & wines. We enjoyed the experience so much, we're already planing to drive 40 minutes to try their Sunday lunch!

the environment itself is not bad and very welcoming, the staff are professional and kind. I was a little disappointed by the almost non-existent pub heating and the average quality food at a moderate price, I am satisfied but nob I can say to be waoooo
Hmm, a bit chilly round the ankles, nice beef dinner but served with mixed veg peas, green beans, sliced carrots courgettes and peppers? Different for a Sunday roast, but then cauliflower and broccoli in a sauce as well.
Excellent food, friendly staff, but very slow service.
Really good food for a pub and nice to see them including vegan/veggie options
