For a chain restaurant from America who usually prides itself on consistency this place falls way short. Small portions and the prices are way above average. Plus, why do they charge a table charge? I mean really? Who charges a table charge for a TGI Friday's?

Good quality food in large portions. Drinks are well made. The only drawback are the birthday songs that staff sing for the customers. They are too loud and intrusive.
Food was great, but the service could be better. Went there with my girlfriend and for drinks we ordered water and a soft drink with refill, and used the refill, but they still billed us for two drinks (one of which we never even ordered). This was all done in Japanese so there's no excuse. Clearing it up also took more interactions than it should have. Check your bill before paying everyone! Also, the wait staff bizarrely took a plate we were still eating from, even after saying I was still using it, forcing me to take the remaining fries from it. The store had several empty tables so I don't know what the rush was? Despite this poor service we still have to pay the automatic 10% charge.
Typical Japanese take on a American mid-grade restaurant chain. Get a reservation if you want a table by the window. Pretty small place, great location quite close to the Nagoya station.
As a Scottish seafarer, I have to say a TGI Fridays was a welcome taste of a home favourite. Staff did their best to accomodate English speakers so 5 stars all around!
Definitely just like it is back in the States. The food tasted just as I remembered and the staff was very quick and helpful when asking about specific dishes.
Some of the staff speak English. The menu comes in the English as well. Lunch times are very busy, so opt to go maybe a bit later after noon. The food is great too.
Great ribs a little bit expensive but worth the money for a big size meal very delicious food and good atmosphere
