Friendly staff and Foreigner friendly. Their menu was also in English to help with ordering. Each table has a button to call the waiter/waitress so it's very convenient. Minus one star because people can smoke in the restaurant.

Such a great place for lunch. Very classy and relaxing with great staff. Food is amazing.
Great covered shopping district allows you to do your shopping rain or shine. Filled with many good deals, accommodating merchants and some good food choices offering local cuisine.
One of my favorite lunches near Fushimi. Salted pork, A lunch and the old ladies' crazy hair ftw. The only drawback is that it's not non-smoking.
Fantastic misokatsu. Only lost a star because there is basically no separation between smoking and non smoking areas.
