1. They change the contract salary after 2 months and make it lower, all because people are not working to much time and leave. The problem was probably people are going because of that ! 2. No professionalism! If you put in charge people without any past experiences to be a dispatcher and they have a little power they will bring the past frustration in the present ( probability they will not understand what I trying to explain maby will help some psychological training ) 3. All the people who give 5 stars all still woriking for Sistem Logistik the are more to say but I think is enough!
