Unfortunately I visited the place during the pandemic so I did not experience the customer service, nevertheless, the food is amazing. The truffle burger is one of the best in Munich. The taste of everything is great and the food is clearly made fresh. Super recommended the truffle fries are also amazing!

The execution of the food is impeccable. I had the 7-course meal, and every single one was exciting and delivered a unique flavor. The presentation of the dishes was fantastic. I went at a quiet time and the service was excellent, and I really enjoyed the ambience, even though it's so upscale that it feels like a palace. The dry aged veal was like none I had tried before, very musty. Allegedly the producer uses a proprietary process for aging that involves mushrooms. Schwarzreiter far exceeded my expectations for Bavarian and German food.
We really loved the atmosphere and vibe to the place. The food and drinks were fantastic and the service was great as well. Highly recommend any of their specialty drinks.
We had a very nice evening yesterday - classy ambiance, relaxed atmosphere, very attentive service and staff - and most of all top food and great wine pairing. Especially in a time just before wave two COVID-19 lockdown - impressive how good everyone in the restaurant managed to make a memorable evening. Thanks a lot and well deserved reputation.
