My order with pick up at the shop was canceled two days after I placed it without any particular reason (except the Corona situation), ruining my plans for the weekend. Then I ordered online, for 6 items 3 deliveries and no option to choose for the cumulative delivery. Quite satisfied from Obi, really unsatisfied from the online shop.

The customer service is excellent. The specialists lead you to what you really need and don't try to sell unnecessary things.
I am sorry that I cannot give -5 stars. Here you can find the most incompetent and arrogant personnel in Germany by far. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from here. They will deliver it wrongly and very late. And they will never even apologize for anything.
Quick pick up two hours after ordering online.
Pick-up service is hectic. Since I want to promote local business in tough corona-times, I have ordered shower-handle in OBI instead of Amazon. While going to pick-up, it was hectic. There was long queue, there is only one employer serving them. Hopefully there should be better mechanism to serve people like me, supporting them. #metoo switching to Amazon!
