All around very positive experience. I bought several knives, felt like I received excellent advice without being pushed to buy, then got lots of help on how to send my purchase by mail to the US rather than travel with it (which turns out to be risky - often these knives disappear at customs); the sales tax saved covered the shipping costs and within 10 days my purchase arrived at home. I highly recommend this place and will visit again when I am back next time
