very unfriendly staff and our bowling alley was so defective it was getting stuck after every 20 min so it had to be restarted.

Had a horrible experience here with the owner. She tried deliberately to embarrass someone in our group for something very minor. Was extremely unprofessional and, quite frankly, inhuman. Oh, and the place is massively massively overpriced. Come here for a bad atmosphere, rude staff and to empty your hard-earned money.
