I like to by appartment in Muenich. Mr. Schmalfuss like expert for real estate in Munich give good recomandation about the quality of the house. He find some defects in the house, so the mold in the floor. And so we could talk later about lower price.

We would like to thank Mr Schmalfuss who inspected our house office space\u200b in Munich & recommend anyone who is looking for a structur\u200bal Engineer or \Baug\u200butachter\u200b\\u200bwho is really expertised in the field. He found\u200b a\u200b few places in house where molds are forming & \u200bchances of forming molds due to improper insulation and recognized some places where insulation is mandatory and not done. This was a very crucial information for us as molds can lead to health issues which we can now take precaution with the measures he suggested.\u200bThe tips he has given on doing the renovation works in a cost effective way is remarkable. He also shared some good ideas on saving energy which were not aware of. Mr Schmalfuss was very quick in responding to\u200b our emails and was easily reachable. Highly recommended!!

Ich möchte mich auf diesem Wege hier beim Team von Baugutachter Schmalfuß bedanken. Mein Mann und ich fühlten uns echt gut beraten, nicht die Katze im Sack zu kaufen. Bei unserer neuen Eigentumswohnung kam gleich das Problem mit der Kellerfeuchtigkeit auf. Wie mir der Gutachter erklärte, kann es sich zur Bauabnahme auch um Neubau Feuchtigkeit handeln. Wenn diese Feuchtigkeit nicht bis zum Beginn des Sommers ausgetrocknet ist, so möchte ich garantiert eine Nachmessung machen, um sicherzugehen ob mein teilausgebauter Keller austrocknet oder nicht. Schließlich muss man auch bei einer solchen großen Investition gewahr sein, dass es gut angelegt ist.
