I was told by the seller that I needed an appointment, in aprox. 15 days. Also that it would be better if I learned german! So I took my english speaking euros to another dealer and bought a car in the same day!

They service lied me on an new car with only 16000 km, 2 years old, to buy a new breaks for 2 back wheels. The excuse was, because during my driving I was not breaking enough!!! It is not possible to have not working breaks because of modest breaking strenght applied. Always ask for second opinion in different service. My mistake is that I trusted them and charged we 560, never again to service here.

Slow, terrible and yet arrogant customer service. Ordering a tire seems to be such a special task that it takes over 8 days, several ppl and calls and meetings involved. JUST SAD

My Skoda Superb reports a critical error with the eletronic, I need to know, if I can continue to drive the car or whether it has to be repaired. During the entire forenoon nobody even picks up the phone in order have a chance to bring in the car and if necessary to get a temp. replacement vehicle (I have the Skoda mobility guarantee, which is worth nothing, when one can't reach Skoda in case of a car breakdown). I experienced this kind of telephone availability several times before, e.g. when I just wanted to fix a normal car service date Not recommendable at all!
