I went to buy a 500 and walked out because the staff don't even look at you and say hello. The disease of the millennium....workers seem to have attitudes and the big manager behind doesn't seem to see the importance of this. I ended up buying a used 500 as i will not give my money to an unprofessional establishment.

I was facing a problem with my Ducato camper. An appointment for repair was not possible to make. They asked me the size of my camper.... after answering silence..... Very bad service.
Sehr lange Wartezeiten. Wir haben fast 2. Monate gewartet. Gearbeitet wurde trotzdem gut.
