Beautiful sandy beach with dog shower and wooden walkway. Best dog beach this side of Malaga.
Very nice beach. We weren't there with a dog but we selpt there in a tent. The sea is fresh and is perfect in order to wake up. The beach is clean and fills up quickly with people.
The dog beach is fine, although it was a bit difficult to find. There is a Spanish restaurant right beside the beach. There were tables both inside and on an outdoor roofed in terrace. I was told that dogs were only allowed on the outside terrace, so waited patiently for a table. However, after 20 minutes I noticed a Spanish family come along with their dog (same size as my own) and they were given a table inside. When I asked why their dog was allowed inside, they acted surprised, as if they had not noticed the family had a dog. However, they didn't ask them to wait for a terrace table. So naturally, I asked politely could I also have a table inside (as there were now 2 available), but they said no, as my dog was bigger than the Spanish family's dog! If he is, it's an inch in the difference. I got the impression that non nationals are viewed as nuisance tourists, so we left. We found a lovely place around the back of it called La Terraza, with beautiful outdoor terrace, relaxed music and very efficient and welcoming service. I'd recommend it very much.
